We want you to be fully satisfied with your JayCutler gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that getting the right fit or style is as effortless as your workout routine.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
